Getting started
Most single-campus schools go live within a week. We import your existing student, staff, and fee data, set up your class and fee structure, and run one term in parallel before you switch over fully.
Attendance and marks entry take under fifteen minutes to learn. We run a live training session for staff before go-live, plus short guides for each role inside the Resources section.
Parents
Each family receives one login covering all their children at the school. Parents can view attendance, results, and fee history, and receive SMS notifications for absences and due fees.
No. the standard AIKDEMY parent portal is included for free in our mid-to-high tiers. If you are on a Starter or Growth plan, you can unlock the parent portal as a flexible monthly add-on.
Fees & billing
Pricing is based on enrolled student count and the modules you need. Request a custom quote and we will size a plan to your school within one business day.
Yes. You can add modules or move to a higher plan at any point in the school year; changes take effect from your next billing cycle.
You can easily upgrade your plan at any time. We'll simply prorate the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Yes, AIKDEMY uses enterprise-grade cloud encryption with automated daily backups to ensure your institute's data is never lost.
Security
Student and staff data is stored in encrypted, access-controlled databases, with role-based permissions so only authorized staff see sensitive records like fee concessions or salary data.
You can export your full student, academic, and financial records at any time in standard formats. There is no lock-in period on your own data.
