1. Agreement to terms
By subscribing to or using AIKDEMY, a product of Aiksol Technologies, your institution agrees to these terms. If you are using AIKDEMY on behalf of a school, you confirm you have authority to bind that institution.
2. Subscriptions and payment
Access to modules is determined by your subscribed plan. Plans are billed based on enrollment and can be changed at any point, with changes applying from the next billing cycle. Aiksol Technologies reserves the right to suspend portal access if subscription invoices become severely overdue.
3. Acceptable use
AIKDEMY is provided for legitimate school administration purposes only. Accounts must not be used to store or transmit unlawful content, or to access records outside your authorized role.
4. Data ownership
Your school retains ownership of all student, staff, and academic data entered into AIKDEMY. We act as a data processor on your behalf and do not claim ownership of your records.
5. Availability
We target 99.9% uptime and will notify subscribers in advance of planned maintenance. Unplanned outages are addressed as a priority and communicated as soon as possible.
6. Limitation of liability
Aiksol Technologies is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or data entry errors made by your institution's staff. The software is provided as an administrative tool, and the accuracy of financial or academic inputs remains the school's sole responsibility.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a subscription with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your school may export its data for a defined transition period before deletion.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any legal disputes arising from the use of AIKDEMY will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faisalabad.
